How to delete
- Open ReBot on your phone or tablet.
- On the main robot screen, tap the DNA / profile button (the floating profile icon) to open ReBot DNA.
- Scroll to the bottom of the DNA screen — below your category levels and XP bars.
- Tap Delete account (red button at the bottom).
- Read the warning, then tap Delete to confirm. This cannot be undone.
There is no separate web form. You must confirm deletion in the app so we know the request comes from your device.
What is deleted
When you confirm, the following are permanently removed:
- Your anonymous ReBot ID — the unique code friends use to find you (for example
RB-…). It is removed from our servers and from this device. - ReBot DNA progress — your levels, XP, personality archetype, and all DNA category gains on this account.
- ReBot Friends — your friend list, local nicknames, and message inbox on this device.
- Friend requests — pending, sent, and accepted request records linked to your ReBot ID on our servers.
- Your public profile — the small DNA summary friends could see when profiles synced.
That is everything tied to your ReBot account. We do not keep a copy of your ReBot ID or DNA profile after deletion.
After deletion
Opening ReBot again creates a brand new anonymous account with a new ReBot ID. You start from zero — new DNA, no friends, no old requests.
Friends who had you on their list may still see your old name locally until they refresh or remove the entry; they can no longer message your deleted ID.
